护理风险管理应用于宫颈癌患者术后化疗中效果观察

Effect of Nursing Risk Management in Postoperative Chemotherapy for Patients with Cervical Cancer

目的观察护理风险管理在宫颈癌患者术后化疗中的应用效果。方法选择2017至2019期间于我院接受术后化疗的80例宫颈癌患者,随机分为甲、乙两组,均实施常规护理流程,在此基础上乙组推行护理风险管理措施,统计各种护理情况,并进行组间对比分析。结果甲、乙组护理风险事件发生率依次为5.0%、17.5%,差异显著(P<0.05);乙组病患护理满意度、配合度评分更高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者术后化疗期间推行护理风险管理办法,有益于保证治疗过程的安全性,提升病患满意度与配合度,值得推广。

Objective To observe effect of nursing risk management in postoperative chemotherapy for patients with cervical cancer.Methods We chose 80 patients with cervical cancer received postoperative chemotherapy in our hospital from 2017 to 2019,and divided them into two groups A and B randomly.Both groups was treated with routine nursing procedures.On the basis,group B with nursing risk management measures.Carried out statistics of each kind of nursing situation,and comparative analysis between groups.Results Incidence of nursing risk events in groups A and B were 5.0%and 17.5%in sequence,with significant differences(P<0.05);patients in group B had higher nursing satisfaction and cooperation scores than group A,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management methods is beneficial to ensure safety of treatment process of patients with cervical cancer during postoperative chemotherapy,improve their satisfaction and cooperation,which is worthy of promotion.
