无痛胃镜在上消化道异物取出治疗中应用的可行性研究报告

Feasibility Study Report of Painless Gastroscopy in the Treatment of Foreign Body Removal in Upper Gastrointestinal Tract

目的探讨无痛胃镜在上消化道异物取出治疗中应用的可行性。方法将100例接受上消化道异物取出治疗的患者随机分为对照组(n=50)和研究组(n=50),对照组患者予以常规胃镜治疗,研究组则予以无痛胃镜治疗,比较两组异物成功取出率、治疗时间、术中不良反应及围术期平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)等指标。结果在异物成功取出率的比较上,研究组略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在治疗时间的比较上,研究组显著短于对照组(P<0.05);在术中不良反应发生率的比较上,研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术前、术后MAP、HR、SpO2及术中SpO2水平比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),研究组术中MAP、HR水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在上消化道异物取出治疗中应用无痛胃镜技术,可进一步提升异物成功取出率及患者依从性,且安全性高,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the feasibility of painless gastroscopy in the treatment of foreign body removal in upper gastrointestinal tract.Methods 100 patients who received foreign body removal from upper gastrointestinal tract were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and study group(n=50).Patients in control group were treated by conventional gastroscopy,while patients in study group were treated by painless gastroscopy.The successful foreign body removal rate,treatment time,intraoperative adverse reactions and perioperative mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the study group was slightly higher in the success rate of foreign body removal,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);in the comparison of treatment time,the study group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05);in the comparison of the incidence of intraoperative adverse reactions,the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);in terms of the MAP,HR,SpO2 before and after surgery and intraoperative SpO2 levels in the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05),and the intraoperative MAP and HR levels in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of painless gastroscopy in the treatment of foreign body removal in upper gastrointestinal tract can further improve the successful rate of foreign body removal and patient compliance,and has high safety,which is worthy of popularization.
