经皮神经电刺激疗法在取卵术后患者镇痛中的应用

Application of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation in Postoperative Analgesia

目的探究将经皮神经电刺激疗法应用于取卵手术后,患者镇痛中的效果分析其临床可用价值。方法将2017年1月至2019年6月作为研究时段,将该时段我院数据库中资料登记有效的取卵手术患者36例作为实验对象,按照随机均分法将患者分为两组,单组样本量设置为18例,记名为对照组与实验组。对照组内的患者选择常规镇痛药,实验组内患者选择常规药物的基础上,增加经皮神经电刺激疗法进行镇痛;对所有患者治疗一小时后的主观疼痛程度进行评价,同时记录患者在治疗期间的恶心呕吐等不良反应,分析组间差异。结果在实验结果中,显示试验组患者主观疼痛评分低于对照组,提示实验组患者的疼痛感受较弱,差异显著(P<0.05)。两组患者在手术完成后,均有不同程度的并发症发生率,但相较于对照组来说,实验组患者的总发生率明显更低,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论将经皮神经电刺激疗法应用于取卵手术后患者镇痛中的效果能够有助于降低患者手术后的疼痛感,同时这种阵痛方式对于患者来说具有良好的耐受性,能够大大提升患者的康复质量,降低并发症的发生率,具有较高的可应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(PNS)on analgesia after oocyte retrieval,and to analyze its clinical value.Methods From January 2017 to June 2019 as the experimental period of this study,36 cases of patients who received oocyte operation in our hospital during this period were selected as the research objects.After the two groups were evenly divided,they were divided into the control group(n=18)and the experimental group(n=18)according to the experimental habits.The patients in the control group were given conventional analgesics,while the patients in the experimental group were given conventional drugs,and the patients in the experimental group were added with the percutaneous electrical nerve stimulation therapy for analgesia;the subjective pain degree of all patients after one hour of treatment was evaluated,and the adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting during the treatment were recorded,and the differences between the groups were analyzed.Results In the results of this study,it was found that the subjective pain score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,indicating that the pain feeling of the experimental group was weak,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).And the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation therapy in postoperative analgesia of patients after egg retrieval surgery can help to reduce the postoperative pain of patients,at the same time,this kind of pain mode has good tolerance for patients,can greatly improve the rehabilitation quality of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and has high application value.
