慢病规范化管理在冠心病患者中的实施效果探讨

Effect of Standardized Management of Chronic Diseases in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨分析对冠心病患者实施慢病规范化管理的管理效果和临床应用价值。方法选取我社区服务中心于2019~2020年接诊管理的200例冠心病患者为本次研究资料来源,按照随机数字表法将其划分为两组进行分组管理探讨,两组患者各占100例,对照组采取常规管理,观察组采取慢病规范化管理,观察对比两种管理方式的管理效果。结果观察组患者的疾病认知掌握度、对管理服务的总满意度以及服药依从性评分显著高于对照组,数据对比差异显著(P<0.05);且观察组的不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,数据对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者中实施慢病规范化管理能够帮助患者加深对疾病的认知,提高其对于服药的依从性,可有效预防不良反应发生,改善预后,提高治疗安全性,经验证该管理方式值得大力推广应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the management effect and clinical application value of standardized management of chronic diseases in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Two hundred patients with coronary heart disease treated and managed by our community service center from 2019 to 2020 were selected as the data source of this study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups for grouping management.The two groups of patients accounted for 100cases in each group.The control group adopted routine management,and the observation group adopted the standardized management of chronic diseases.Observe and compare the management effect of the two management methods.Results The disease cognitive mastery,total satisfaction with management services and medication compliance scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,there was significant difference in data comparison(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,there was significant difference in data comparison(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized management of chronic diseases in patients with coronary heart disease can help patients deepen their understanding of the disease,improve their compliance with medication,effectively prevent adverse reactions,improve the prognosis,and improve the safety of treatment.It has been verified that the management mode is worthy of promotion and application.
