以肝段为基础的肝癌解剖性切除的发展及现状

Development and Status of Segmental based Anatomical Resection of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

肝癌是严重威胁我国人民生命和健康的疾病。外科治疗是肝癌的首选治疗措施。解剖学、影像学特别是3D数字技术的进步促进了肝脏外科的产生与发展。以肝段为基础的肝癌解剖性切除是目前最合理的手术方式,能够有效地保证手术的安全性及肿瘤切除的根治性。本文对肝癌解剖性切除手术的发展过程、现状及存在问题进行综述。

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is a serious threat to the life and health of Chinese people.Surgical treatment is the first choice for HCC.The progress of anatomy,imaging,especially 3D digital technology promotes the emergence and development of liver surgery.Anatomical resection of HCC based on liver segment is the most reasonable surgical method at present,which can effectively ensure the safety of operation and the radical resection of tumor.This paper reviews the development,current situation and existing problems of anatomical resection of liver cancer.
