探讨微创旋切手术与传统手术治疗多发乳腺小结节的临床疗效

Investigate the Clinical Effect of Minimally Invasive Rotary Surgery and Traditional Surgery in the Treatment of Multiple Small Breast Nodules

目的分析对多发乳腺小结节患者行微创旋切手术与传统手术治疗方式的临床疗效。方法选择2018年4月至2019年12月收治的38例多发乳腺小结节患者作为研究对象,并分为观察组(21例,接受微创旋切手术治疗)和对照组(17例,接受传统手术治疗)。结果①两组患者手术诊疗情况的对比:与对照组相比,观察组即接受微创旋切手术治疗的患者,其所需手术时间、总住院时间、切口愈合时间更短,术中出血量更少,平均瘢痕长度更短,术后VAS评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②两组患者术后并发症发生情况的对比:与对照组相比,观察组即接受微创旋切手术治疗的患者,其并发症总发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对多发乳腺小结节患者行微创旋切手术治疗方式,不仅能有效切除乳腺结节,还可最大程度地帮助患者保留乳房外形的美观,降低术后感染等并发症发生风险,使患者能保持较稳定的康复状态,缩短住院时间。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive surgery and traditional surgical treatment for multiple small breast nodules.Methods From April 2018 to December 2019,38 patients with multiple small breast nodules were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(21 cases,receiving minimally invasive rotary surgery)and control group(17 cases,receiving traditional surgical treatment).Results①Comparison of the two groups of patients with surgical diagnosis and treatment:compared with the control group,the observation group received minimally invasive rotary surgery,the required operation time,total hospital stay,incision healing time were shorter,intraoperative blood loss was less,average scar length was shorter,postoperative VAS score was lower.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②Comparison of postoperative complications between the two groups:compared with the control group,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive rotary resection of multiple small breast nodules can not only effectively remove the breast nodules,but also help the patients to retain the appearance of the breast,reduce the risk of postoperative infection and other complications,so that patients can maintain a stable recovery state and shorten the length of hospital stay.
