卵巢早衰患者AMH、FSH、LH检测与超声联合诊断价值

The Value of combined Diagnosis of AMH,FSH,LH and Ultrasound in Patients with Premature Ovarian Failure

目的探讨卵巢早衰患者AMH、FSH、LH检测与超声联合诊断价值。方法选择2018年7月至2020年2月期间我院收治的卵巢早衰患者作为观察组,另选择同期来本院检查的健康体检者作为对照组,均检测AMH、FSH、LH以及超声检查,每组56例。对两组检查结果进行评估,比较两组AMH、FSH、LH的水平及超声相关指标。结果观察组FSH、LH的水平分别为(8.44±1.35)、(8.26±1.49),对照组分别为(5.23±1.36)、(4.93±1.02),明显高于对照组,观察组AMH的水平为(5.63±1.76),对照组为(8.70±1.89),明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组阻力指数、收缩期峰值流速、舒张末期流速低于对照组,观察组搏动指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论卵巢早衰患者检测AMH、FSH、LH并结合超声检测,有助于帮助医师了解卵巢早衰患者的各项激素水平,明确血清相关指标,为临床上的诊断、治疗提供可靠的信息,具有较高的临床价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the value of combined diagnosis of AMH,FSH,LH and ultrasound in patients with premature ovarian failure.Methods The patients with premature ovarian failure admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the observation group,and the healthy subjects who came to our hospital for examination during the same period were selected as the control group,and all tested for AMH,FSH,LH and ultrasound.,56 cases in each group.The examination results of the two groups were evaluated,and the levels of AMH,FSH,LH and ultrasound-related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The FSH and LH levels of the observation group were(8.44±1.35)and(8.26±1.49),respectively,and the control group were(5.23±1.36),(4.93±1.02),which were significantly higher than the control group.The AMH level of the observation group was(5.63±1.76).(8.70±1.89),which was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The resistance index,peak systolic flow velocity,and end-diastolic flow velocity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the pulsation index of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of AMH,FSH and LH in patients with premature ovarian failure combined with ultrasound detection can help physicians understand the levels of various hormones in patients with premature ovarian failure,clarify related serum indicators,and provide reliable information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.It has high clinical value and is worthy of popularization and application.
