温肾化痰祛瘀汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征30例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Treated with Wenshen Huatan Quyu Decoction

目的评价多囊卵巢综合征患者运用温肾化痰祛瘀汤的治疗结果。方法从我院选取2019年1月到2020年4月多囊卵巢综合征患者60例为调研对象,根据不同治疗方式均分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者接受枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,观察组患者运用温肾化痰祛瘀汤治疗,观察两种治疗方式的临床治疗有效率、用药前后促卵泡生成刺激素、雌二醇、促黄体生成素、黄体生成素与促卵泡刺激素的比值(LH/FSH)水平、血糖等,对比治疗结果。结果①两组患者治疗结果对比:观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学差异。②两组患者促卵泡生成刺激素、促黄体生成素、LH/FSH、雌二醇水平对比:用药前两组患者促卵泡生成刺激素、促黄体生成素、LH/FSH、雌二醇差异小(P>0.05),无统计学意义;用药后观察组促卵泡生成刺激素、促黄体生成素、LH/FSH、雌二醇低于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。③两组患者空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR水平对比:用药前两组患者空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR差异小(P>0.05),无统计学意义;用药后观察组空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR低于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论对多囊卵巢综合征患者运用温肾化痰祛瘀汤治疗效果确切明显,有效提高临床治疗效果,改善促卵泡生成刺激素、雌二醇、促黄体生成素及空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素等水平,适用于临床治疗大量的推广和使用。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Wenshen Huatan Quyu Decoction on polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome from January 2019 to April 2020 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with clomiphene citrate,and the observation group was treated with Wenshen Huatan Quyu decoction.The clinical effective rate,follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol,luteinizing hormone,ratio of luteinizing hormone to follicle stimulating hormone(LH/FSH)level,blood sugar,etc..before and after treatment were observed,and the treatment results were compared.Results(1)Comparison of the treatment results of the two groups:the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of FSH,LH,LH/FSH and estradiol levels between the two groups:Before the medication,the two groups of patients had little difference in follicle-stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone,LH/FSH,and estradiol(P>0.05),which was not statistically.After treatment,FSH,LH,LH/FSH and estradiol levels of the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,HOMA-IR levels of two groups of patients:Before medication,the difference in fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,HOMA-IR between the two groups was small(P>0.05),and there was no statistical significance.After medication,fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,HOMA-IR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical difference.Conclusion Wenshen Huatan Quyu decoction is effective in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.It can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect and improve the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,estradiol,luteinizing hormone,fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin,which is suitable for a large number of clinical treatment and use.
