我院亚胺培南西司他丁钠的使用情况及合理性分析

Utilization and Rationality Analysis of Imipenem Cilastatin Sodium in our Hospital

目的分析我院亚胺培南西司他丁钠的使用情况及合理性。方法选取我院自2019年6月至2020年6月收治的100例使用亚胺培南西司他丁钠患者资料,并对患者药物使用情况等数据进行分析,并参照抗菌药物临床指导原则相关指标进行合理性评价。结果100例患者亚胺培南西司他丁钠用药分析中,不合理现象主要表现在用药时间、联合用药、用药时机以及细菌培养+药敏实验等方面;其中用药时间不合理13例,占总数的13.00%、联合用药不合理12例,占总数的12.00%,用药时机不合理11例,占总数的11.00%,细菌培养+药敏实验不合理8例,占总数的8.00%。结论当前我院还存在亚胺培南西司他丁钠部分滥用现象,需继续加强对管理,消除药物滥用情况。提高抗菌药物的合理使用率,降低不良反应与耐药性的发生。

Objective To analyze the use and rationality of imipenem cilastatin sodium in our hospital.Methods The data of 100 cases of imipenem cilastatin sodium in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected,and the drug use and other data of the patients were analyzed,and the rationality evaluation was conducted according to the relevant indicators of the clinical guiding principles of antibacterial drugs.Results In the analysis of 100 patients with imipenem cilastatin sodium,the irrational phenomenon mainly manifested in the medication time,combined medication,medication timing and bacterial culture+drug sensitivity test.Among them,13 cases were unreasonable in medication time,accounting for 13.00%of the total,12 cases were unreasonable in combination,accounting for 12.00%of the total,and 11 cases were irrational,accounting for 11.00%of the total 8 cases were unreasonable,accounting for 8.00%of the total.Conclusion At present,some abuse of imipenem and cilastatin sodium still exists in our hospital.It is necessary to strengthen the management and eliminate drug abuse.To improve the rational use of antibiotics,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and drug resistance.
