探讨优质护理服务在维持性血液透析患者中的应用价值

Explore the Application Value of High Quality Nursing Service in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的探讨在维持性血液透析患者临床护理中提供优质护理服务的护理效果。方法抽取2019年7月至2020年7月在我院进行维持性血液透析治疗的180例患者为研究主体,随机划分成对照组(90例,提供常规护理服务)和观察组(90例,提供优质护理服务),比较两组患者的护理情况。结果经过护理后,观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁心理评分相对于对照组更低;观察组患者的护理依从性评分与生存质量评分相较于对照组更高,且观察组出现并发症少于对照组,两组数据比较,有较大的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在维持性血液透析患者护理中提供优质护理服务,应用价值较高。对于促进患者的焦虑、抑郁心理改善和并发症的减少具有积极效果,同时还能提高患者的护理依从性和生存质量。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of providing high quality nursing service in the clinical nursing of patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into control group(90 cases,providing routine nursing service)and observation group(90 cases,providing high-quality nursing service).Compare the nursing status of the two groups of patients.Results After nursing,the psychological scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The nursing compliance score and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group.There was a big statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It provides high-quality nursing services in the care of maintenance hemodialysis patients with high application value.It has a positive effect on promoting the improvement of patients’anxiety and depression and the reduction of complications.At the same time,it can also improve patient care compliance and quality of life.
