葡萄糖酸锌联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿腹泻的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Zinc Gluconate combined with Blaird’s Yeast on Pediatric Diarrhea

目的观察小儿腹泻采用葡萄糖酸性联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗的效果。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月收治的小儿腹泻患者76例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各38例,对照组采取蒙脱石散+布拉式酵母菌治疗,观察组给予葡萄糖酸锌联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗,对比效果。结果观察组有效率、大便次数、大便性状、腹痛、呕吐、腹泻缓解时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸锌联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿腹泻效果显著,值得应用。

Objective To observe the effect of treating diarrhea in children with glucose-acidic acid combined with Blaird’s yeast.Methods A total of 76 pediatric patients with diarrhea who were treated from August 2017 to August 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with zinc gluconate combined with Blaird’s yeast,and the effect was compared.Results The observation group’s response time,stool frequency,stool characteristics,abdominal pain,vomiting,and diarrhea relief time were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zinc gluconate combined with B.pastoris has a significant effect in treating diarrhea in children and is worth applying.
