抗早孕药物联合清宫术实施在稽留流产中治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Anti Early Pregnancy Drugs Combined with Palace Clearing in the Treatment of Missed Abortion

目的分析抗早孕药物联合清宫术实施在稽留流产中治疗的临床效果。方法选取自2018年1月至2019年1月于本院接受治疗的200例稽留流产患者作为研究对象,按照患者治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组。对比分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血量以及1次清宫率。结果观察组患者临床疗效明显高于对照组患者,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间明显短于对照组患者,出血量明显少于对照组患者,1次清宫率明显高于对照组患者,对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论对稽留流产患者采用抗早孕药物联合清宫术治疗临床疗效更为显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of anti early pregnancy drugs combined with palace clearing in the treatment of missed abortion.Methods Two hundred patients with missed abortion received treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research object.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into observation group and control group.The clinical effect,operation time,bleeding volume and one time rate of clearing the uterus were analyzed.Results The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the bleeding amount was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the rate of one time clearing of the uterus was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of anti early pregnancy drugs combined with palace clearing is more significant for the patients with missed abortion,which is worth promoting.
