臭氧联合玻璃酸钠关节腔介入治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Ozone Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Intra-articular Interventional Treatment for Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探究分析臭氧联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法本次研究的起止时间分别为2016年7月至2017年6月,将70名膝关节骨性关节炎患者纳入研究,按照数字随机法将70名患者平均分为两组,一组编组为对照组,采用玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗;一组编组为观察组,采用臭氧联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗,对治疗前后患者的VAS疼痛评分、Lysholm膝关节评分变化情况进行比较,同时统计两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者VAS疼痛评分及Lyshom膝关节功能评分较干预前明显改善,且观察组改善幅度明显更大,组间比较(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率(97.14%)显著高于对照组患者(82.86%)(P<0.05)。结论相比于单一方法治疗,臭氧联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效更为确切,更值得应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the efficacy of ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods From July 2016 to June 2017,70 patients with knee osteoarthritis were included in the study.According to the digital randomization method,70 patients were divided into two groups on average.One group was grouped as the control group,treated with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection,the other group was grouped as the observation group,treated with ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection,before and after treatment.The VAS pain score and Lysholm knee score of the patients were compared,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was also statistically analyzed.Results The VAS pain score and Lyshom knee function score of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before intervention,and the improvement in the observation group was significantly greater,compared between groups(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(97.14%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.86%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Ozone combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection is more effective and worthwhile than single treatment for knee osteoarthritis.
