乳腺癌保乳术后同步加量调强放疗的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Intensity-modulated Radiotherapy after Breast-conserving Surgery for Breast Cancer

目的研究行乳腺癌保乳术患者在术后应用同步加量调强放疗的具体临床治疗效果。方法选择自2017年8月至2019年8月两年期间在我院接受乳腺癌保乳术治疗的90例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者均分为两组,每组45例。对照组术后应用常规调强放疗,实验组术后应用同步加量调强放疗,对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果治疗后实验组在KPS和生存质量水平评分均高于对照组,组间数据差异明显P<0.05,存在统计学意义;实验组患者的3年生存率明显高于对照组P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论行乳腺癌保乳术患者在术后应用同步加量调强放疗效果良好,可以提高患者的生存质量水平,具有临床推广和使用价值。

Objective To study the clinical effect of intensity-modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)on breast cancer patients after breast conserving surgery.Methods 90 patients who received breast conserving surgery in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional IMRT and the patients in the experimental group were treated with IMRT.Results After treatment,the scores of KPS and quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the 3-year survival rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of intensity-modulated radiotherapy is good,it can improve the quality of life of patients,and it has clinical application value.
