行为诱导疗法在儿童口腔门诊中的应用效果及观察

The Effect and Observation of Behavior Inducing Therapy in Children’s Oral Clinic

目的观察行为诱导疗法在儿童口腔门诊中的应用效果及分析。方法将2018年06月至2019年12月儿童口腔门诊中接受治疗的300例儿童,以随机数字法实施分组的方法,以常规干预为对照组(150例),以行为诱导疗法干预为实验组(150例),对照两组儿童干预前、后的负性情绪调查,干预后儿童治疗配合的效果。结果两组儿童在干预前HAD-D、HAD-A评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组儿童经干预后HAD-D、HAD-A评分均明显下降,其中实验组儿童HAD-D、HAD-A评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。实验组儿童在干预后获得了95.33%干预的总有效率,而对照组仅为82.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在儿童口腔门诊中,以行为诱导疗法对儿童进行诊疗前的干预,可明显的减少儿童的负性情绪评分,改善儿童自我的行为管理,获得了较好的管理效果。

Objective To observe the effect and analysis of behavior induction therapy in children’s oral clinic.Methods 300 children who were treated in children’s oral clinic from June 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:routine intervention group(150 cases),behavior induction therapy group(150 cases),negative emotion investigation before and after intervention in the two groups,and the effect of children’s treatment cooperation after intervention.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of HAD-D and HAD-A between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of had-d and had-a in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total effective rate of intervention was 95.33%in the experimental group and 82.67%in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion In children’s dental clinic,the intervention before diagnosis and treatment with behavior induction therapy can significantly reduce children’s negative emotional score,improve children’s self behavior management,and obtain better management effect.
