宫腔镜下电切除术治疗糖尿病合并子宫内膜息肉患者的临床研究

Clinical Study of Hysteroscopic Electrotomy for the Treatment of Diabetic Patients with Endometrial Polyps

目的探讨宫腔镜下电切除术在糖尿病合并子宫内膜息肉患者治疗中的临床应用效果。方法将我院2017年4月至2019年6月收治的30例糖尿病合并子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组(15例,刮宫术)和观察组(15例,宫腔镜下电切除术),对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者手术指标较优,血糖指标较低,并发症总发生率较低,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病合并子宫内膜息肉患者治疗中,宫腔镜下电切除术治疗效果突出,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of hysteroscopic electroresection in the treatment of patients with diabetes and endometrial polyps.Methods Thirty patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with endometrial polyps admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(15 cases with curettage)and the observation group(15 cases with hysteroscopic electroresection),and the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had better surgical indexes,lower blood glucose indexes,and lower overall incidence of complications,with significant data differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with endometrial polyps,hysteroscopic electrotomy has a prominent therapeutic effect and is worth promoting.
