急诊应用无创正压通气治疗急性左心衰疗效观察

The Effect of Noninvasive Positive Pressure Ventilation on Acute Left Heart Failure

目的观察急诊应用无创正压通气治疗急性左心衰的临床疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月至2020年1月收治的72例患者随机分为对照组(36例)和观察组(36例);对照组行常规治疗,观察组行无创正压通气治疗,对比两组治疗效果、血气分析指标、并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血气分析指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急诊应用无创正压通气治疗急性左心衰能改善患者的心肌耗氧情况,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of emergency non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of acute left heart failure.Methods Seventy-two patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the control group (36 cases) and the observation group (36 cases).The control group was treated with routine treatment,the observation group was treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation,and the treatment effect,blood gas analysis index and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05).The blood gas analysis index of the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the emergency department to treat acute left heart failure can improve the myocardial oxygen consumption of patients and is worthy of promotion.
