尿糖、尿蛋白、尿比重与血糖及糖化血红蛋白联合检测在糖尿病诊断中的对比分析及应用价值评估 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析尿糖、尿蛋白、尿比重与血糖及糖化血红蛋白联合检测在糖尿病诊断中的应用价值。方法我院收治的74例糖尿病患者分别实施常规尿液检验、生化检验。结果 74例患者接受常规尿液检验的平均时长,长于生化检验(P<0.05);常规尿液检验诊断糖尿病的准确度、敏感性,低于生化检验(P<0.05);常规检验诊断糖尿病的漏诊率及误诊率,均高于生化检验(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病诊断中,常规尿液检验、生化检验均可为这类慢性代谢性疾病的筛查提供支持,但生化检验效率更高,且检测结果相对可靠。 Objective To analyze the application value of combined detection of urine glucose,urine protein,urine specific gravity,blood sugar and glycated hemoglobin in the diagnosis of diabetes.Methods 74 diabetic patients admitted to our hospital were subjected to routine urine test and biochemical test.Results The average duration of 74 patients undergoing routine urine test was(37.02±4.28)min,which was longer than that of biochemical test(P<0.05).The accuracy of routine urine test in diagnosing diabetes was 74.32%and sensitivity was 78.38%,which was lower than that of biochemical test(P<0.05).The missed diagnosis of diabetes by routine tests was 13.51%and the misdiagnosis rate was 12.16%,both higher than biochemical tests(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of diabetes,routine urine test and biochemical test can provide support for the screening of such chronic metabolic diseases,but the biochemical test is more efficient and the test results are relatively reliable.
