动态心电图与常规心电图诊断冠心病的临床对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Clinical Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease by Dynamic Electrocardiogram and Conventional Electrocardiogram

目的探究于冠心病诊断中动态心电图与常规心电图诊断临床有效性比对。方法研究选取我院心内科收治冠心病患者为观察对象,共计96例,病例采集时间为2017年11月到2019年11月,分别予以常规心电图及动态心电图检测,设为常规组及动态组,比对诊断结果。结果 2种心电图检测于房室传导阻滞中差异具有一致性,于房性早搏二/三导联、房性早搏成对、室性早搏二/三导联、短阵室上速及房性早搏早发等方面,动态组检出率均显著高于常规组(P<0.05);动态组心肌缺血阳性检出率显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论动态心电图与常规心电图于冠心病诊断中均具有积极导向,动态心电图临床诊断精确率更高。

Objective To investigate the clinical validity of dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional electrocardiogram in diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 96 patients with coronary heart disease were selected as the observation objects in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital.The collection time of the cases was from November 2017 to November 2019.They were tested by conventional electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram,and set as routine group and dynamic group,compare the diagnosis results.Results The two ECG tests were consistent in atrioventricular block,with atrial premature beats 2/3 lead,atrial premature beat pairing,ventricular premature beats 2/3 lead,short array supraventricular tachycardia and atrial In terms of sexual premature beats and early onset,the detection rate of the dynamic group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The positive detection rate of myocardial ischemia in the dynamic group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Both dynamic electrocardiogram and conventional electrocardiogram have positive guidance in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease,and the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of dynamic electrocardiogram is higher.
