对新入职ICU护士采用翻转课堂教学培训模式对睡眠障碍患者护理效果的研究

A Study on the Nursing Effect of the Flipped Classroom Teaching and Training Mode for Newly Recruited ICU Nurses on Patients with Sleep Disorders

摘要 目的探讨对新入职ICU护士采用翻转课堂教学培训模式对睡眠障碍患者护理效果的研究。方法研究时间为2018年7月至2019年12月,抽取30例新入职ICU护士作为研究对象并分为两组--参照组和研究组,每组15例。参照组-传统培训模式,研究组-翻转课堂教学模式,分析讨论两组的培训效果。结果实际操作成绩和个案分析能力成绩高的一组明显是研究组;两组中自主性和积极性、解决问题和学习成效等的人数多的一组也是研究组;培训后,两组培训学员对教学课堂的教学满意度对比,对学习过程、学习环境等满意度评分较高的一组是研究组;培训后,睡眠障碍患者的改善程度较大,其PSQI(匹兹堡睡眠指数)总评分高的一组明显是研究组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论翻转课堂教学模式不仅能提高护士自主学习和实际操作能力,也能提升自主性和解决问题能力,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of using flipped classroom teaching training model for newly recruited ICU nurses on the nursing care of patients with sleep disorders.Methods The research period was from July 2018 to December 2019.Thirty newly recruited ICU nurses were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups--reference group and research group,15 cases in each group.Reference group-traditional training mode,research group-flipped classroom teaching mode,analyze and discuss the training effects of the two groups.Results The group with high scores in practical operation and case analysis is obviously the research group.The group with more autonomy and enthusiasm,problem-solving and learning effect is also the research group.After training,the two groups of trainees’satisfaction with teaching classroom teaching is compared,and the group with higher satisfaction score on learning process and learning environment is the research group.After training,patients with sleep disorders have improved greatly.The group with a high total PSQI(Pittsburgh Sleep Index)score is obviously the study group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching model can not only improve the self-learning and practical ability of nurses,but also improve the autonomy and problem-solving ability,which is worthy of promotion.
