基于思维导图的混合式教学在《内科护理学》教学中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨基于思维导图的混合式教学在《内科护理学》教学中的应用效果。方法选择护理本科大三2017级494名学生作为研究对象,以8个班232名学生作为对照组,实施传统教学方法。同年级另8个班262名学生作为实验组,实施以优慕课为教学平台,基于思维导图的混合式教学方法。授课结束后,通过考核成绩及自制的调查问卷来评价教学效果。结果实验组学生在自学能力、小组合作、发现问题、解决问题、语言表达等方面评价优于传统教学组,组间对比,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于思维导图的"混合式教学"方法与传统的教学方法相比较,能有效提高学生对内科护理学相关知识的掌握度,提高内科护理学教学效果。 Objective To explore the application effect of mixed teaching based on mind mapping in the teaching of internal medicine nursing.Methods 494 nursing junior 2017 students were selected as the research objects,and 232 students from 8 classes were taken as the control group to implement the traditional teaching methods.As the experimental group,262 students from another 8 classes of the same grade implemented the hybrid teaching method based on mind mapping and taking mooc as the teaching platform.At the end of the class,the teaching effect was evaluated through the examination results and the self-made questionnaire.Results The experimental group was superior to the traditional teaching group in terms of self-study ability,group cooperation,problem finding,problem solving and language expression.Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching methods,the"blended teaching"method based on mind mapping can effectively improve students’grasp of the relevant knowledge of internal medicine nursing and improve the teaching effect of internal medicine nursing.
