“317护”在规培护士规范标准及规章制度培训中的应用

The Application of “317 Nursing” in the Training of Standardized Nurses and Rules and Regulations

目的探讨基于"317护"网络平台对规培学员规范标准及规章制度培训的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年8月入院的110名规培学员作为对照组,我院2019年8月入院的96名规培学员作为观察组。对照组采用传统的教学培训模式;观察组采用"317护"教学培训模式。对比两组理论成绩、依从性及满意度调查情况。结果观察组理论考核成绩、学员的学习依从性、学员满意度及带教老师的满意度均高于对照组,统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。结论采用"317护"培训可实现同质化教育,提高学员培训依从性,实现培训效率和临床教学满意度提升。

Objective To explore the application effect of 317 protection network platform on the training of standard standards and rules and regulations.Methods 110 students who were admitted to our hospital in July 2018 were selected as the control group and 96 students who were admitted to our hospital in July 2019 as the observation group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching and training mode.The observation group adopted the"317 nursing"teaching and training mode.The theoretical performance,compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical assessment results,students’learning compliance and satisfaction,and the teachers’satisfaction of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"317 nursing"training can realize the homogeneous education,enhance the training compliance of students,and improve the training efficiency and clinical teaching satisfaction.
