摘要
目的就情景模拟教学在儿科临床护理实习教学中的应用效果进行研究、分析。方法本次入选人员均选自2018年12月至2019年12月在我院儿科实习的护生(60例),在基于入科先后的前提下,将其分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),对照组教学中应用传统教学法,而观察组则应用情景模拟教学法,观察、比较两种不同教学方法对教学效果的影响。结果观察组在儿科临床护理实习教学中应用情景模拟教学法后,实习护生的教学效果呈良好状态,护生的考核成绩较高,反观实施传统教学的对照组各数据则相对较差,组间数据差异满足了统计学条件(P<0.05)。结论在儿科临床护理实习教学中,情景模拟教学发挥的作用明显,值得进一步推广、应用。
Objective To study and analyze the application effect of situational simulation teaching in pediatric clinical nursing practice teaching.Methods The selected staff are selected from December 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital pediatric internship nursing students(60 cases),based on the division successively under the premise of its can be divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)and control group using traditional teaching method in teaching,while the observation group application scene simulation teaching method,observation,comparison of two different teaching methods to teaching effect.Results After the application of situational simulation teaching method in pediatric clinical nursing practice teaching in the observation group,the teaching effect of nursing students in practice was in a good state,and the examination results of nursing students were relatively high.In contrast,the data of the control group that implemented traditional teaching were relatively poor,and the data difference between the groups met the statistical conditions(P<0.05).Conclusion In pediatric clinical nursing practice teaching,the role of situation simulation teaching is obvious,worthy of further promotion and application.
