摘要
目的对虎杖苷联合甘草汁对雌性大鼠血清性激素作用及与多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)的研究结果进行探讨。方法选择健康的雌性SD大鼠50只,分为空白组和实验组,后者利用来曲唑灌胃建立PCOS模型。4周后,将实验组分为5组:模型组、甘草组、虎杖苷组、虎杖苷联合甘草组(联合组)及二甲双胍组。灌胃给药3周后,测定大鼠血清性激素水平、血糖、肝脏转氨酶、BMI及卵巢组织形态。结果PCOS大鼠模型建立成功。与模型组比较,甘草组与虎杖苷组大鼠血清的LH、T的含量显著减少(P<0.05),LH/FSH比值显著减少(P<0.05),FSH的含量显著增加(P<0.05),ALT、AST含量无统计学差异(P>0.05);联合组大鼠血清的LH、T的含量极显著减少(P<0.01),LH/FSH比值极显著减少(P<0.01),FSH的含量极显著增加(P<0.01),联合组大鼠ALT含量显著增加(P<0.05),AST含量无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论虎杖苷联合甘草汁能有效干预多囊卵巢大鼠血清性激素水平,对多囊卵巢综合征的治疗有积极作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of polypolygonin combined with glycyrrhizin on the serum sex hormone and the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in female rats.Methods 50 healthy female SD rats were selected and divided into a blank group and an experimental group,the latter of which established PCOS model by gavage with letrozole.After 4 weeks,the experimental group was divided into 5 groups:model group,glycyrrhizin group,polygonin group,glycyrrhizin combined with glycyrrhizin group(combined group)and metformin group.Serum sex hormone levels,blood glucose,liver transaminase,BMI and ovarian tissue morphology were measured 3 weeks after gavage.Results The PCOS rat model was successfully established.Compared with the model group,Glycyrrhiza group and polygonum cuspidatum group of LH and T,LH/FSH ratio,FSH and ALT were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the levels of ALT and AST were not significantly different(P<0.05).The serum contents of LH and T in the combined group were significantly reduced(P<0.01),the LH/FSH ratio was significantly reduced(P<0.01),the FSH content was significantly increased(P<0.01),the ALT content was significantly increased in the combined group(P<0.05),and the AST content was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Polygonum cuspidatum combined with glycyrrhizin can effectively intervene the serum sex hormone level in polycystic ovary rats and has a positive effect on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
