益气固冲胶囊的制备及其质量标准提高

Preparation of Yiqi Guchong Capsule and Improvement of its Quality Standard

益气固冲胶囊是由黄芪、党参、熟地黄、生牡蛎、白术、山茱萸、制何首乌等药物组成的纯中药制剂,该制剂补气健脾,益气固冲。对治疗妇女月经过多,腰酸、头晕、舌淡、脉象细弱以及气血不足的崩漏、更年期综合症等具有较好的治疗效果。本研究根据中医药理论,在我院药检室实际研究条件的基础上,对益气固冲胶囊的制备工艺以及质量标准提高进行研究,旨在保证制剂工艺的科学性与合理性以及质量的稳定性与可控性。

Yiqi Guchong capsule is a pure traditional Chinese medicine preparation composed of Astragalus membranaceus,Codonopsis pilosula,Rehmannia glutinosa,raw oyster,Atractylodes macrocephala,Cornus officinalis,Polygonum multiflori.It has a good therapeutic effect on women with excessive menstruation,low waist acid,dizziness,light tongue,weak pulse,deficiency of qi and blood,climacteric syndrome and so on.According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and on the basis of the actual research conditions in the drug control room of our hospital,the preparation technology and quality standard of Yiqi Guchong capsule were studied in order to ensure the scientific nature and rationality of the preparation process,as well as the stability and controllability of the quality.
