中医药对膝骨关节炎诊治探讨

随着近年来人口老龄化的加剧,国民膝骨关节炎问题日益突出。据相关临床报道显示,中老年女性为主要发病群体,且随着年龄的上升,该病的发病率逐年增加。且发病年龄呈年轻化态势,其发病机制当前尚未完全了解。先天或后天下肢力线改变使关节面受力不均,致使局部应力增加造成软骨磨损并可出现骨刺;活动不足致使肌力不够造成软骨的磨损;运动不当或过度使用也会造成软骨磨损,以上均易导致炎症反应,引起关节疼痛、肿胀等症状。我们以中医何氏骨科对骨关节炎进行研究及治疗,为更好诊治该病症提供有效的参考意见,以期找到诊治该病症新方法、新思路。
