中药面膜联合皮内针治疗瘀血证黄褐斑的临床体会

Clinical Experience of Chinese Herbal Mask combined with Intradermal Needle in Treatment of Chloasma with Blood Stasis Syndrome

黄褐斑是一种好发于女性颜面部位的局限性的或浅或深的褐色的色素沉着性疾病,笔者从瘀血理论出发进行辨证论治,认为黄褐斑的发生多与气血相关,主要以血瘀体质为本、致瘀因素为标,病机主要以瘀为主。临证治疗时选用皮内针以疏肝理气,滋养肝血,益气补肾,活血化瘀为治法,采用皮内针联合中药面膜外用,其效果肯定,故此披露,以飨读者。

Chloasma is a localized or light or dark brown pigmentation disease that occurs frequently on the face of women.Based on the theory of blood stasis,the author conducts syndrome differentiation and treatment,and believes that the occurrence of chloasma is mostly related to Qi and blood,mainly based on the constitution of blood stasis,with the blood stasis factor as the standard,and the pathogenesis is mainly based on blood stasis.In the course of clinical treatment,intradermal needles are used to soothe the liver and regulate qi,nourish liver and blood,replenish qi and tonifying kidney,activate blood circulation and remove stasis.
