杵针联合隔药灸对社区高血压阴虚火旺型患者睡眠质量和生活质量的影响

Effects of Pestle Acupuncture combined with Medicinal Moxibustion on the Quality of Sleep and Quality of Life in Patients with Hypertension,Yin Deficiency and Huowang Type in Community

目的杵针联合隔药灸对社区高血压阴虚火旺型患者睡眠质量和生活质量的影响。方法在2018年4月至2019年8月期间以雅安职业技术学院为中心辐射周边多个社区收集高血压伴失眠患者64例,随机分成两组。对照组单纯采用隔药灸治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上采用杵针治疗,每日1次,1周治疗5次,持续治疗3个疗程。观察2组的生活质量评分和3个疗程的疗效。结果连续治疗3疗程,除第一疗程无差异外,第二、第三疗程治疗组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而在SF-36生活质量比较,治疗组在躯体疼痛、精神健康、生理功能、活力、生理职能各项分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在社会功能、情感职能两项,差异无统计学意义。结论杵针联合隔药灸对社区高血压阴虚火旺型患者,能有效改善患者的睡眠质量,提高患者的生活质量,标本兼治,效果显著,治疗方便实用,值得在社区进一步推广。

Objective The effect of pestle acupuncture combined with medicinal moxibustion on the quality of sleep and quality of life in patients with hypertension and Yin deficiency and Huowang type in the community.Methods From April 2018 to August 2019,64 patients with hypertension and insomnia were collected from Ya’an Vocational and Technical College as the center to radiate multiple communities around them,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with medicine-only moxibustion,and the treatment group was treated with pestle acupuncture on the basis of the control group,once a day,5 times a week,and continued treatment for 3 courses.Observe the quality of life scores of 2 groups and the efficacy of 3 courses.Results Three consecutive courses of treatment,except for the first course of treatment,the second and third courses of treatment were superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).While in the SF-36 quality of life comparison,the treatment group had higher scores for physical pain,mental health,physiological function,vitality,and physiological functions than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in social function and emotional function.Conclusion The combination of pestle acupuncture and medicine-separating moxibustion can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients with hypertension,Yin deficiency and Huowang type in the community,improve the quality of life of the patients.
