日间手术中心一例LC术后并发胆瘘患者的护理体会

Nursing Experience of a Patient with Bile Fistula after LC Operation in Day Surgery Center

日间手术具有住院时间短、费用低、疼痛少等特点,但因为出入院在24小时至48小时内,患者术后的并发症很难发现,如出院后出现胆瘘症状进而导致感染性休克,严重时会危及生命。2019年6月至2019年8月,我科日间手术中心进行腹腔镜下胆囊切除(Laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)术共200余例,其中术后并发胆瘘1例,本文就其发生原因和如何进行综合护理使该患者快速康复进行总结。
