综合护理干预对肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭的护理效果及护理满意度研究

Study on Nursing Effect and Nursing Satisfaction of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Pulmonary Heart Disease with Chronic Respiratory Failure

目的研究综合护理干预用于肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭护理的临床效果与满意度。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月这一期间内,于我院接受治疗的60例肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者,随机抽取出30例作为A组,给予常规护理,余下的30例设为B组,并给予患者综合护理干预,对两组的护理结果进行比较分析。结果护理后,B组的护理总体有效率与A组相比显著更高,P<0.05;B组患者对于护理的总体满意度与A组比较也明显更高,P<0.05。结论综合护理干预用于肺心病合并慢性呼吸衰竭患者临床护理中效果显著,可有效减少相关并发症的发生率,患者的满意度非常,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect and satisfaction of comprehensive nursing interventions for the treatment of pulmonary heart disease combined with chronic respiratory failure.Methods During the period from December 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with pulmonary heart disease and chronic respiratory failure who were treated in our hospital were selected.30 patients were randomly selected as group A,which given routine care,and the remaining 30 patients set as group B,which given the patients comprehensive intervention compare and analyze the nursing results of the two groups.Results After nursing,the overall effective rate of nursing in group B was significantly higher than that in group A,P<0.05.The overall satisfaction of patients in group B was significantly higher than that in group A,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective in clinical care of patients with pulmonary heart disease and chronic respiratory failure,which can effectively reduce the incidence of related complications.The patient’s satisfaction is very worthy of promotion.
