对院外延续护理在糖尿病足高危病人中的应用效果研究

Study the Application Effect of Extended Nursing in High Risk Patients with Diabetic Foot

目的研究院外延续护理对于糖尿病足高危病人的应用效果。方法选取46例糖尿病足高危病人,并将其随机分为观察组和对照组,对两组病人在护理前后的血糖指标进行比较再进行数据的汇总分析。结果在判定病情重要标准之一的血糖指数中,能够得出观察组康复状况明显好于对照组,其血糖指标低于对照组,两者之间的差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论院外延续护理对于糖尿病足高危病人的病情恢复以及对于其生活质量都有积极的影响。

Objective To study the application effect of extended nursing outside the hospital for patients with high risk of diabetic foot.Methods Forty-six patients with high risk of diabetic foot were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The blood glucose index of the two groups before and after nursing were compared,and then the data were analyzed.Results In the blood glucose index,one of the important criteria for judging the condition of the disease,it can be concluded that the rehabilitation status of the patients in the observation group is significantly better than that of the control group,and its blood glucose index is lower than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups is consistent(P<0.05),that is,there is a statistical difference.Conclusion Extended nursing outside the hospital has a positive impact on the recovery of high-risk patients with diabetic foot and their quality of life.
