摘要
目的研究并解析早期肠内营养护理对食管癌围手术期快速康复治疗患者生活质量的影响。方法收集我院2017年7月至2020年7月收治的食管癌患者60例,按数字表法分为两组,观察组30例,应用早期肠内营养护理干预,对照组30例,应用常规护理干预。比较两组食管癌患者的护理情况。结果观察组治疗后前清蛋白与清蛋白数据以及生理功能、精神健康、情感职能等生活质量水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前前清蛋白与清蛋白水平无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论于食管癌围手术期中使用早期肠内营养护理能切实改善食管癌患者的营养状态,优化食管癌患者的生活质量。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of early enteral nutrition nursing on the quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer undergoing rapid rehabilitation therapy in perioperative period.Methods Sixty patients with esophageal cancer in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2020 were collected and divided into two groups according to the number table method,30 cases in the observation group were given early enteral nutrition nursing intervention,while 30 cases in the control group were given routine nursing intervention.The nursing situation of patients with esophageal cancer in two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the data of prealbumin and albumin,the quality of life such as physiological function,mental health and emotional function in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in albumin and albumin levels before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Early enteral nutrition nursing in perioperative period of esophageal cancer can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer and optimize the quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer.
