探讨临床药师在抗菌药物规范管理工作中的作用

Role Exploration of Clinical Pharmacists in Standardized Management of Antibacterial Drugs

目的探讨临床药师在抗菌药物规范管理工作中的重要作用。方法本院于2018年7月开始设置临床药师对抗菌药物工作进行规范化管理,并分别从实施前(2018年1月至6月)、实施后(2018年7月至12月)各选取500份抗菌药物和50例患者作为研究样本。以比较实施前后不合理处方率、患者不良反应发生率作为评价管理效果的标准。结果实施规范化管理前,抗菌药物不合理处方率为12.20%,患者不良反应发生率为20.00%,实施后的抗菌药物不合理处方率为4.60%,患者不良反应发生率为6.00%,经比较发现实施后的抗菌药物不合理处方率、患者不良反应发生率均明显低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论在抗菌药物规范管理工作中设置专业临床药师进行监督,有利于降低不合理抗菌处方率和减少患者不良事件发生风险,确保用药的安全性。

Objective To explore important role of clinical pharmacists in standardized management of antibacterial drugs.Methods Our hospital set up clinical pharmacists to conduct standardized management of antimicrobial work in July 2018,and chose 500 copies antibacterial drugs and 50 patients as research samples before implementation(from January to June 2018)and after implementation(from July to December 2018).Compare rate of unreasonable prescriptions before and after implementation,and incidence of adverse reactions as criteria to evaluate management effect.Results Before standardized management,unreasonable prescription rate of antibacterial drugs was 12.20%,and incidence of adverse reactions was 20.00%.After implementation,unreasonable antibacterial drug prescriptions rate was 4.60%and adverse reactions incidence was 6.00%.After implementation,rate of irrational prescription of antibacterial drugs and incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than before(P<0.05).Conclusion Establishment of professional clinical pharmacists to supervise standardized management of antibacterial drugs is conducive to reducing rate of irrational antibacterial prescriptions and adverse events risk of patients,ensuring safety of medication.
