肠内营养乳剂对胃肠道肿瘤患者营养状况和免疫功能的影响

Effect of Enteral Nutrition Emulsion on Nutritional Status and Immune Function of Gastrointestinal Tumors Patients

目的分析研究肠内营养乳剂对胃肠道肿瘤患者营养状况和免疫功能的影响。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年12月收治的58例胃肠道肿瘤患者开展本次试验研究,所有患者通过数字表法进行平均分组,分别为参照组29例和研究组29例。其中化疗治疗期间予以常规膳食营养支持的为参照组,予以肠内营养乳剂营养支持的为研究组,比较两组患者的营养状况和免疫功能。结果研究组患者化疗后转铁蛋白、白蛋白和前白蛋白水平优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者化疗后淋巴细胞总数、CD3+、CD4+等免疫功能指标皆优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃肠道肿瘤患者予以肠内营养乳剂营养支持,能够促使其化疗后营养状况得到良好改善,并进一步促使其免疫功能得到相应的提升,为其早期康复提供良好保障,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze effect of enteral nutrition emulsion on nutritional status and immune function of patients with gastrointestinal tumors.Methods We chose 58 cases of gastrointestinal tumors patients admitted to the hospital for experimental study.Divided them into groups according to digital table method,29 cases in reference group and 29 cases in study group.Among them,reference group was treated with routine dietary nutrition support during chemotherapy treatment,and research group with enteral nutrition emulsion nutrition support.Compare nutritional status and immune function of two groups.Results Levels of transferrin,albumin and prealbumin in study group were higher than reference group after chemotherapy,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);total number of lymphocytes,CD3+,CD4+and other immune function indicators in study group after chemotherapy were better than reference group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support of enteral nutrition emulsion can improve nutritional status of gastrointestinal tumors patients after chemotherapy,and further promote immune function correspondingly and provide good guarantee for early recovery,which is of promotion value.
