经皮微创闭合复位与切开复位内固定治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效对比分析

Clinical Effect Comparative Analysis of Percutaneous Minimally Invasive Closed Reduction and Open Reduction and Internal Fixation in Treatment of Ankle Fractures

目的对比分析经皮微创闭合复位与切开复位内固定治疗踝关节骨折的临床应用价值。方法筛选2018年7月至2019年7月踝关节骨折患者120例,随机分为两组,每组各60例。参照组运用切开复位内固定疗法,观察组运用经皮微创闭合复位疗法,观察、对比两组的临床诊治有效性及踝关节功能评分。结果观察组的治疗有效率要明显高于参照组(P<0.05);观察组的行走能力、跑步能力、X线测定、活动度、疼痛程度、稳定度呈现明显的提升趋势(P<0.05)。结论采用经皮微创闭合复位疗法对于踝关节骨折患者进行治疗的临床效果较好,患者临床症状得到有效缓解,骨折部分伤口愈合速度加快,临床推广使用价值较大。

Objective To compare and analyze clinical application value of percutaneous minimally invasive closed reduction and open reduction and internal fixation in treatment of ankle fractures.Methods We chose 120 cases of ankle fractures patients from July 2018 to July 2019,divided them into two groups randomly.Reference group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation therapy,and observation group with percutaneous minimally invasive closed reduction therapy.Observed and compared clinical treatment effectiveness and ankle function scores of two groups.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in reference group(P<0.05);walking ability,running ability,X-ray measurement,mobility,score of pain and stability of observation group showed significant improvement trend(P<0.05)).Conclusion Percutaneous minimally invasive closed reduction therapy can achieve good clinical treatment effect in treatment of ankle fracture patients,relieve adverse clinical symptoms effectively,accelerate wound healing speed of fractured part,which has great clinical promotion and application value.
