针刀镜配合分筋恢刺法治疗急性痛风性膝关节炎的效果观察

Effect Observation of Needle-Knife Mirror Combined With Method of Splitting Tendons and Restoring Needling on Acute Gouty Knee Arthritis

目的分析急性痛风性膝关节炎中使用针刀镜配合分筋恢刺法的应用价值。方法将2019年3月至2020年2月收治的140例急性痛风性膝关节炎患者作为分析对象,随机纳入对照组与观察组,各70例。对照组实施分筋恢刺法的单一治疗,观察组应用针刀镜配合分筋恢刺法治疗,比较两组患者的膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分与疼痛评分,对比临床疗效的指标。结果观察组的膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分与疼痛评分三项指标均优于对照组,且治疗总有效率高于对照组,组间对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择针刀镜配合分筋恢刺法作为急性痛风性膝关节炎的治疗方案,效果明显,值得推广。

Objective To analyze application value of needle-knife mirror combined with method of splitting tendons to restore needling in acute gouty knee arthritis.Methods We chose 140 cases of acute gouty knee arthritis admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to February 2020 as analysis objects,divided them into control group and observation group randomly,70 cases in each group.Control group was treated with single treatment with method of splitting tendons and restoring acupuncture,and observation group with needle-knife mirror combined with restoring tendons of acupuncture method.Compared knee joint range of motion,knee joint function scores and pain scores of two groups.Results Three indexes of knee joint range of motion,knee joint function scores and pain scores of observation group were better than those of control group,and total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of control group.Conclusion Needle-knife mirror combined with method of splitting tendons and restoring needling can achieve significant effect for gouty knee arthritis,which is worthy of promotion.
