探讨两种堵管方式在气管切开患者堵管过程中的临床应用

Clinical Application Exploration of Two Blocking Methods in Tube Blocking in Tracheotomy Patients

目的探讨两种堵管方式在气管切开患者堵管过程中的临床应用效果。方法选取我科2019年7月至2020年10月这个时间段为研究时期,以自愿参与研究的60例气管切开患者作为对象,以不同的堵管方式为分组方法将其平均分为2组。以传统方法堵管的为对照组,自制堵管器进行阶梯式堵管的为观察组。对比两组患者堵管后24小时、48小时PaO2、PaCO2的变化,堵管时间以及患者的满意度。结果观察组堵管后24h、48h的PaO2明显高于对照组,PaCO2明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组堵管时间明显低于对照组,满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制气管导管堵管器对气管切开患者进行阶梯式堵管,不仅改善了患者治疗过程中的不良体验,还有效缩短了拔管时间,提高了患者的满意度。

Objective To explore clinical application effect of two tube blocking methods in tube blocking of tracheotomy patients.Methods We chose 60 cases of tracheotomy patients voluntarily participated in the study from July 2019 to October 2020 in our department as objects,divided them into two groups basesd on different blocking methods.Control group was blocked with traditional method,and observation group wutg self-made tube blocking device.Compare changes of PaO2 and PaCO2 at 24 hours and 48 hours after tube block,tube blocking time and satisfaction degree between two groups.Results PaO2 of observation group was significantly higher than control group at 24 and 48 hours after tube block,and PaCO2 was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);tube block time of observation group was significantly less than control group,satisfaction degree was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made tracheal tube occlusion device can block tracheotomy patients stepwise,improve bad experience of patients during treatment,shorten extubation time and improve satisfaction of patients effectively.
