成年人健康体检幽门螺杆菌感染情况及危险因素分析

Analysis of Helicobacter Pylori Infection and Risk Factors in Adult Physical Examination

目的探讨成年人健康体检幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染情况及危险因素分析。方法选取2015年1月至2018年12月我院体检中心常规体检成年人300例实施研究,根据13C或14C检查确定患者是否感染Hp,将Hp感染患者归为Hp阳性组,无Hp感染患者归为Hp阴性组,采用问卷调查收集两组患者一般临床资料和可疑危险因素,分析成年人健康体检Hp感染危险因素。结果300例健康体检成年人经13C或14C检查,114例感染Hp,感染率为38.00%。单因素分析得出,Hp阳性组和Hp阴性组患者年龄、吸烟、饮酒、合并糖尿病、合并冠心病、经常外出就餐、经常吃辛辣食物方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析得出,年龄、吸烟、饮酒、合并糖尿病、合并冠心病及外出就餐为成人健康体检者Hp感染发生独立危险因素。结论成年人健康体检者Hp感染率较高,其影响因素多方面,临床中应根据相关危险因素实施具有针对性预防和干预措施,以降低Hp感染率。

Objective To explore and analyze Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and risk factors in adult health examination.Methods We chose 300 adults from January 2015 to December 2018 in physical examination center of our hospital for routine physical examination.According to 13C or 14C examination,determine whether patients were infected with Hp.Divdied Hp-infected patients into Hp-positive group and those without Hp infection Hp-negative group.Collect general clinical data and suspicious risk factors of two groups by questionnaire survey,and analyze risk factors of Hp infection in adult health examination.Results After examination of 300 cases healthy adults with 13C or 14C,114 cases were infected with Hp,with infection rate of 38.00%.According to univariate analysis,there were statistically significant differences in age,smoking,drinking,diabetes,coronary heart disease,frequent eating out,and spicy food in Hp-positive group and Hp-negative group(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that age,smoking,drinking,diabetes,coronary heart disease and eating out were independent risk factors for Hp infection in adult health checkup.Conclusion Adults with health checkup have high Hp infection rate,with various influencing factors.In clinical practice,it is necessary to carry on targeted prevention and intervention measures according to relevant risk factors to reduce Hp infection rate.
