王玉教授自拟方对慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Professor Wang Yu’s Self-made Prescription in Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease At Stable Stage

目的探讨王玉教授的方案在慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)稳定期治疗中的效果。方法选取本院2018年3月至2019年4月收治的75例COPD稳定期患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成治疗组38例与对照组37例,对照组应用常规西医治疗,治疗组应用王玉教授的补肾益肺方治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果及肺功能指标变化。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为94.74%,明显高于对照组78.38%的总有效率(P<0.05);对比治疗前,在FEV1、FVC肺功能水平的变化上,各指标均是治疗后较治疗前提高,且治疗后的各指标均是治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对COPD稳定期患者,应用中医补肾益肺方治疗的效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Professor Wang Yu’s Prescription in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable phase.Methods We chose 75 cases of stable COPD patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 as research objects,divided them into treatment group(38 cases)and control group(37 cases)according to random number table method.Control group was treated with routine western medicine and observation group with tonifying kidney and benefiting lung by Professor Wang Yu.Observed treatment effect and changes of lung function indicators between two groups.Results Total effective rate of treatment in observation group was 94.74%,significantly higher than 78.38%in control group(P<0.05);changes of FEV1 and FVC lung function levels after treatment were better than before treatment,indexes after treatment in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM tonifying kidney and benefiting lung decoction has significant effect on stable COPD patients,which is worthy of promotion.
