健康管理对氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的影响

Effect of Health Management on Amlodipine and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in Treatment of Hypertension With Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察对高血压合并冠心病患者采取氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片药物联合治疗后的护理疗效价值。方法取本院2019年1月至6月间诊疗符合高血压合并冠心病诊断标准患者为分析对象,抽取80例并以两种治疗方式将患者例数平均分为观察组与对照组,对应给予单纯氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗、氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片联合综合护理干预治疗。比较两种治疗方案下高血压合并冠心病患者相关临床指标情况。结果完成疗程后观察组与对照组两组患者血压情况均得到改善,观察组患者在血压改善方面相较于对照组更具有优越性,结果提示具有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过两种方式进行治疗,观察组在护理治疗效果更优于对照组患者,结果提示具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对高血压患者拟定治疗方案时可选择药物和护理联合治疗,即氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片联合综合护理干预措施,这对于血压功能和病情恢复均有良好的积极影响,优势突出。

Objective To observe nursing curative effect value of amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets combined treatment for patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods We chose 80 cases of hypertension and coronary heart disease patients in our hospital from January to June 2019 met diagnostic criteria as analysis objects.Divided them into observation group and control group with two treatment methods,treat them with amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets only,and amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with comprehensive nursing intervention.Compare relative clinical indicators of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease with two treatment schemes.Results After treatment course,blood pressure of observation group and control group was improved,that of observation group was better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);during treatment,nursing treatment effect of observation group was better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion With treatment scheme for hypertensive patients,combination of drug care and treatment,that is,amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with comprehensive nursing intervention measures,can achieve good positive effect on blood pressure function and disease recovery,with outstanding advantages.
