中医护理联合健康教育护理模式在颈椎病中的应用

Application Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Combined Health Education Nursing Model In Cervical Spondylosis

目的探讨中医护理联合健康教育护理模式在颈椎病患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的颈椎病患者180例作为研究对象,随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,各90例。对照组患者采用常规的护理模式,观察组患者采用中医护理联合健康教育护理模式。比较两组患者治疗的总有效率,比较两组患者治疗前后健康理念与健康知识的评分,对比两组的临床满意度。结果观察组的临床疗效优于对照组,组间对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,观察组患者、对照组患者治疗后健康理念与健康知识评分无显著差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组的健康理念及相关知识评分均大大提升,不过观察组的健康理念与健康知识的评分明显优于对照组患者,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理联合健康教育护理模式在颈椎病中的应用效果十分理想,提高了患者治疗的总有效率,患者的健康知识得到普及,提高了个人的健康理念,提高了对医护人员的满意率,临床上值得推广。

Objective To explore application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined health education nursing model in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods We chose 180 cases of cervical spondylosis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 as exclusive study,divided them into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing model,and observation group with traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined health education nursing model.Compare total effective rate of treatment,health concepts and health knowledge scores before and after treatment,clinical satisfaction degree between two groups.Results Clinical effect of observation group was better than control group,comparison between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference between observation and control group in health concept and health knowledge scores after treatment,with no statistics significance(P>0.05).After treatment,health concepts and related knowledge scores of two groups were greatly improved,those of observation group were significantly better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined health education nursing model can achieve satisfactory application effect in cervical spondylosis,improve total effective rate of treatment,health knowledge,personal health concepts,and satisfaction degree of medical staff,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
