摘要
目的研究剖宫产术后产妇实行舒适护理的效果。方法选择2019年1月至2019年12月我院收治的90例剖宫产产妇,术后按照"护理差异性"随机分观察组(舒适护理)与对照组(常规护理)各45例,对两组护理效果比较。结果护理前比较临床指标无差异,P>0.05;护理后与对照组比,观察组SAS、VAS评分更低,观察组满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论舒适护理能提高剖宫产产妇术后护理效果、促进身体恢复,值得推广。
Objective To study effect of comfort nursing for parturients after cesarean section.Methods We chose 90 cases of cesarean section women admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019,divided them into observation group(comfort nursing)and control group(routine nursing)randomly according to"nursing difference"after operation,45 cases in each group.Compare nursing effect between two groups.Results Clinical indicators showed no difference before nursing,P>0.05;SAS and VAS scores of observation group were lower than control group after nursing,satisfaction degree of observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comfortable nursing can improve postoperative nursing effect of cesarean section women and promote their recovery,which is worthy of recommendation.
