探讨循环护理对心脏瓣膜置换术后患者护理质量的影响与患者安全性情况

Effect Exploration of Circulatory Nursing on Nursing Quality and Safety of Patients After Heart Valve Replacement

目的研究心脏瓣膜置换术后患者行循环护理的效果。方法选择2019年1月至2019年12月我院收治的84例心脏瓣膜置换术患者,术后按"护理差异性"随机分观察组(循环护理)与对照组(常规护理)各42例,两组护理效果比较。结果与对照组比较,观察组使用呼吸机、心电监护及住院时间较短,ADL评分较高;观察组并发症率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论循环护理能提高心脏瓣膜置换术患者整体疗效、安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To study effect of circulatory nursing on patients after heart valve replacement.Methods We chose 84 cases of heart valve replacement surgery patients in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019,and divided them into observation group(circulation nursing)and control group(routine nursing)randomly according to"nursing difference"after operation,42 cases in each group.Compare nursing effect between two groups.Results Compared with control group,observation group has shorter time of ventilator,ECG monitoring and length of stay,and ADL scores were higher;complication rate(7.14%)of observation group was lower than 23.80%of control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Circulatory nursing can improve overall effect,safety and reliability of patients with heart valve replacement surgery,which is worthy of recommendation.
