摘要
目的对人文关怀在重症监护室护理中的应用效果进行研究分析。方法选取2018年4月至2019年4月在本院ICU病房中进行治疗的患者,患者共500例,将患者分成两组,对照组患者接受常规护理,实验组患者进行人文关怀观察对比两组护理效果。结果经过一段时间的护理之后,实验组患者护理满意度高于对照组,SF-36生命质量调查评分明显较优,P<0.05。结论人文关怀对重症监护室患者的生活质量有着积极的影响,患者的满意度也有着明显提高,值得在临床上广泛推广。
Objective To study and analyze application effect of humanistic care in intensive care unit nursing.Methods We chose 500 ICU ward patients of our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019,divided them into two groups.control group was treated with routine nursing,and experimental group with humane nursing.Compare nursing effect between two groups.Results After a period of nursing,experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction degree than control group,SF-36 life quality survey scores were significantly better,P<0.05.Conclusion Humanistic nursing has positive effect on life quality of patients in intensive care unit,with better satisfaction degree of patients,which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
