优质护理服务在老年慢性阻塞性肺病合并高血压护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Quality Nursing Service in Nursing of Elderly Patients With Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Hypertension

目的观察优质护理服务在老年慢性阻塞性肺病合并高血压护理中的应用效果。方法将2018年3月至2019年3月收治的86例老年慢性阻塞性肺病合并高血压患者作为本次研究对象,按照护理方法的不同分为对照组及试验组(样本各纳入43例),对照组予以传统护理干预,试验组予以优质护理服务干预,对比2组护理满意度、圣乔治呼吸问卷得分、焦虑抑郁程度评分。结果试验组与对照组护理前相比圣乔治呼吸问卷得分、焦虑抑郁程度评分无差别,P>0.05;护理后,试验组相较于对照组患者的圣乔治呼吸问卷得分、焦虑抑郁程度评分较低,P<0.05;试验组的护理满意度(96.67%)相较于对照组(81.39%)较高,P<0.05。结论将优质护理服务干预措施用于老年慢性阻塞性肺病合并高血压患者对提升护理满意度,减低圣乔治呼吸得分,缓解焦虑抑郁情绪方面具有积极意义,建议在临床中广泛推广。

Objective To observe application effect of quality nursing services in nursing of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and hypertension.Methods We chose 86 cases of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and hypertension admitted to our hosptial from March 2018 to March 2019,divided them into control group and experimental group according to different nursing methods(samples included 43 cases in each group).Control group was treated with traditional nursing intervention,and experimental group with high-quality nursing service intervention.Compare nursing satisfaction,St.George’s respiratory questionnaire scores,anxiety and depression scores between two groups.Results Compared with control group before nursing,experimental group had no difference in scores of St.George’s Respiratory Questionnaire,anxiety and depression,P>0.05;after nursing,1.compared with control group,scores of St.George’s Respiratory Questionnaire,anxiety and depression of experimental group were lower,P<0.05;2.nursing satisfaction of experimental group(96.67%)was higher than control group(81.39%),P<0.05.Conclusion Quality nursing service interventions has positive significance in improving nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and hypertension,reducing St.George’s respiratory scores,and alleviating anxiety and depression,which is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
