快速康复外科护理对胸腔镜肺段切除术患者术后恢复的影响

Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing on Postoperative Recovery of Thoracoscopic Segmentectomy Patients

目的就胸腔镜肺段切除术病人护理工作中开展快速康复外科护理对其手术之后身体康复效果造成的影响加以探讨。方法将2018年2月至2019年2月,到我院接受治疗的胸腔镜肺段切除术患者作为本文观察对象,一共80例,采取随机分组的方式,将患者划分为两组,每个组别患者人数相同,其中对照组接受常规性护理方案,研究组患者接受快速康复护理,对比两组胸腔镜肺段切除术患者术后恢复情况和临床护理满意度。结果两组术后各项恢复指标比较差异明显;两组临床护理工作满意度比较差异明显。结论临床中对于胸腔镜肺段切除术患者,为其提供快速康复外科护理的效果明显,能够促进患者手术之后身体恢复,提高临床护理满意度,应该大力推广与应用。

Objective To explore effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on postoperative recovery of patients with thoracoscopic segmentectomy.Methods We chose 80 cases of thoracoscopic segmentectomy patients in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 as observation objects,divided them into two groups randomly,with same numbers in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing scheme,and study group with rapid rehabilitation nursing.Compared postoperative recovery and clinical nursing satisfaction between two groups.Results There were obvious differences in recovery indicators between two groups after surgery,with significant differences in clinical nursing satisfaction.Conclusion In clinical practice,rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing has significant effect on thoracoscopic segmentectomy patients,can promote recovery after operation and improve satisfaction degree on clinical care,which is worthy of promotion and application.
