肛瘘术后采用萆薢渗湿汤合洗痔液外用熏洗创面的干预疗效分析

Interventional Effect Analysis of Fumigating and Washing Wound Surface With External Fish Poison Yam Dampness-Percolating Decoction and Hemorrhoid Lotion After Anal Fistula Operation

目的分析肛瘘术后采用萆薢渗湿汤合洗痔液外用熏洗创面的效果。方法本研究开展于2018年7月至2019年6月,选取我院收治的混合痔患者110例为研究对象,随机分组为对照组和观察组,每组各55例。对照组给予常规治疗和萆薢渗湿汤治疗。观察组给予常规治疗、萆薢渗湿汤合洗痔液外用熏洗创面治疗。结果观察组组治疗7d的VAS评分、治疗7d的水肿评分、疼痛消失时间、水肿消失时间、创面愈合时间显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后总显效率显著好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肛瘘术后采用萆薢渗湿汤合洗痔液外用熏洗创面的干预效果良好,能明显减轻疼痛和水肿症状,促进术后康复。

Objective To analyze effect of fumigating and washing wounds with external fish poison yam dampness-percolating decoction and hemorrhoid lotion after anal fistula operation.Methods Control group was treated with routine treatment and fish poison yam dampness-percolating decoction,observation group with routine treatment,and external fish poison yam dampness-percolating decoction and hemorrhoid lotion to fumigate and wash wound.Results VAS scores,edema scores,pain disappearance time,edema disappearance time,and wound healing time on 7 days of treatment of observation group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Total significant effect of observation group after treatment was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After anal fistula operation,fumigating and washing wound with fish poison yam dampness-percolating decoction and hemorrhoid lotion can achieve good intervention effect,reduce pain and edema symptoms significantly,and promote postoperative recovery.
