间苯三酚联合地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产的疗效探讨

Cilnical Effect Exploration of Phloroglucinol Combined With Dydrogesterone in Treatment of Threatened Abortion

目的探讨间苯三酚联合地屈孕酮治疗孕20周前先兆流产的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月收治的先兆流产患者104例,均孕周<20周,无流产病史。入组患者随机分为两组各52例,对照组单独服用地屈孕酮片剂,观察组同时应用间苯三酚静滴,对比两组症状改善与消失时间、保胎成功率、不良反应情况。结果与对照组比较,观察组保胎成功率更高、治疗时间更短、不良反应更少(P<0.05)。结论孕20周前先兆流产采用间苯三酚、地屈孕酮联合用药进行治疗,成功率高、治疗时间短、不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of phloroglucinol combined with dydrogesterone in treatment of threatened abortion before 20 weeks of pregnancy.Methods We chose 104 cases of threatened abortion patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020,with gestational age<20 weeks,and no history of abortion.Divided them into two groups randomly,with 52 cases in each group.Control group was treated with dydrogesterone tablets only,and observation group with intravenous infusion of phloroglucinol.Compared symptoms improvement and disappearance time,pregnancy success rate,and adverse reactions incidence between two groups.Results Observation group had higher fetal preservation success rate,shorter treatment time,and fewer adverse reactions than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Phloroglucinol combined with dydrogesterone can achieve high success rate,short treatment time and few adverse reactions for threatened abortion before 20 weeks of gestation,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
