替罗非班联合双抗治疗进展性脑卒中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Tirofiban combined with Dual Antibodies in the Treatment of Progressive Stroke

目的分析替罗非班联合双抗治疗进展性脑卒中的临床效果。方法依据患者意愿纳入50例进展性脑卒中患者进行分析,并将其分成两组,患者在2019年6月至2020年6月期间入院,分别采用双抗治疗方案(对照组)及联合替罗非班用药方案(观察组),对比两组的效果。结果观察组治疗有效率达到了96%(24例),比对照组的72%(18例)更高,数据差异显著,P<0.05,X^(2)=5.3571;观察组治疗后CD62p是(2.21±0.38)%,CD63是(0.51±0.17)%,P-selectin为(11.03±2.76)ug/L,与对照组数据比较有显著差异,P<0.05,t=4.9953/4.5792/3.6312;观察组治疗后NIHSS评分是(7.11±1.04)分,BI指数是(60.16±3.87)分,比对照组数据优异,P<0.05,t=6.9028/3.3276。结论进展性脑卒中治疗中替罗非班联合双抗治疗效果显著,可改善患者凝血,减轻神经功能损伤,提升躯体质量,值得推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of tirofiban combined with dual antibodies in the treatment of progressive stroke.Methods Fifty patients with progressive stroke were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the patients’wishes.The patients were admitted from June 2019 to June 2020,and the effects of the two groups were compared using the dual-antibody treatment(control group)and the combined tirofiban treatment(observation group).Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group reached 96%(24 cases),which was higher than that in the control group 72%(18 cases),the data were significantly different,P<0.05,X^(2)=5.3571;after treatment in the observation group,the CD62p was(2.21±0.38)%,CD63 was(0.51+0.17)%,P-selectin was(11.03±2.76)ug/L,which was significantly different from that in the control group,P<0.05,t=4.9953/4.5792/3.6312.After treatment in the observation group,the NI was significantly different from that in the control group.HSS score was(7.11±1.04)points,BI index was(60.16±3.87)points,which was superior to the control group data,P<0.05,t=6.9028/3.3276.Conclusion Tirofiban combined with dual antibodies in the treatment of progressive stroke has a significant therapeutic effect,which can improve blood coagulation,alleviate neurological impairment and improve physical quality,and is worthy of popularization.
