颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)和斑块与青年颅内动脉粥样硬化及缺血性脑卒中的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨颈动脉内-中膜厚度和斑块与青年颅内动脉粥样硬化及脑梗死的关系。方法 回顾性分析我院神经内科在2017年4月至2019年1月住院的首发急性脑梗死患者80例,并选取同期住院的年龄、性别与脑梗死患者相匹配的健康体检者80例。对患者分组,分析IMT和斑块与颅内动脉粥样硬化的关系以及IMT、斑块和斑块性质与脑梗死的关系。结果 脑梗死组颈动脉IMT平均水平明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);斑块检出率明显高于健康对照组,不稳定斑块的比率明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 颈部血管超声检查对于早发现和预防青年脑梗死具有重要的意义。 Objective To investigate the relationship between carotid intima-media thickness and plaque with intracranial atherosclerosis and cerebral infarction in young people.Methods A retrospective analysis of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were hospitalized from April 2017 to January 2019 in the Department of Neurology of our hospital,in addition,80 healthy persons who were hospitalized in the same period and whose age and gender matched those with cerebral infarction were selected.The patients were divided into groups,and the relationship between IMT,plaque and intracranial atherosclerosis and the relationship between IMT,plaque and plaque properties and cerebral infarction were analyzed.Results The average level of carotid IMT in the cerebral infarction group was higher than that in the healthy group,the detection rate of plaque was higher than that in the healthy control group,and the ratio of unstable plaque was higher than that in the healthy group.Conclusion Ultrasound examination of the neck blood vessels is of great significance for early detection and prevention of cerebral infarction in young people.
